3.1 Order Process

• Adding products to cart does not reserve the products
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept payments through Razorpay (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway
• We do not store your payment card information on our servers
• Payment must be received in full before order processing

3.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Failure to verify payment or delivery address

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to all serviceable locations across India via Shiprocket
• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout (typically 5-10 business days)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address will incur re-delivery charges
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier partner

5. Warranty and Returns

• LED Products: 5-year warranty from date of purchase
• Non-LED Products: 2-year warranty from date of purchase
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

• Warranty requires original purchase invoice

• Verification is at our sole discretion
• Bulk discounts apply only to verified contractor accounts
• We reserve the right to revoke contractor status for policy violations

6.3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must notify us of unauthorized access immediately
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

7. Referral Program and Reward Points

• Users can earn reward points through our referral program
• Reward points can be redeemed during checkout (1 point = ₹1)
• Points are awarded only after referred user completes first purchase
• Reward points are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Points expire if account is inactive for 1 year
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program
